Adhered methods for EPDM roofs
Gluing the EPDM membrane is primarily used for lightweight and gently sloped roofs. The membrane is attached using polyurethane adhesive or water-based glue, either across the entire surface or through partial adhesion. The EPDM membrane can also be applied with sprayable contact adhesive, which is applied to both the membrane and the substrate. Suitable substrates include concrete, wood, appropriate insulation, or older felt roofs, provided the surface is stable, clean, dry, and in good condition.
PU adhesive
