Flat Roofing systems
Prelasti EPDM is one of our longest-established brands and is exceptional in several ways, but mainly due to its prefabrication capabilities in 2D and 3D. Prelasti is an unreinforced EPDM membrane for waterproofing roofs. It has mulitple installation methods and can be used for ballasted and adhered roofs as well as for mechanically fastened roofs using the Thermbond Induction System. In the factory, Prelasti membranes are prefabricated to any desired size by means of hot bonding – “waterproofed to size”. The prefabricated seams are, and remain, 100% waterproof. Prefabricated membranes reduce work on location, which means that both the installation risks and time on site are reduced.
SuperSeal is a unique, fleece-backed and thermally weldable EPDM membrane. This makes the EPDM membrane extremely suitable for both mechanical fastening and adhesion. The Thermobond seam joint technique ensures that the welded seam has the same characteristics, such as strength, elasticity and flexibility of the membrane itself. SuperSeal EPDM is fast to install and ensures a wrinkle-free result.
Rubbertop EPDM is an unreinforced EPDM rubber membrane for waterproofing flat roofs. Particularly suitable for the domestic market or for small to medium sized roofs, our prefabrication capabilities mean that large panels can be provided in a multiple of widths, which means the roof can often be waterproofed in one piece. These panels are produced in factory conditions, ensuring quality and integrity at all times.
RubberTop Fleece is a fleece-backed EPDM membrane which has been used in roofing applications for over 30 years and has a proven track record in a wide variety of applications and climates around the world. Available for small to medium new build or refurbishment projects, RubberTop Fleece comes with a range of cold applied tapes, adhesives and accessories which make the system simple and fast to install.
RubberTop Flex offers you an innovative substitute for lead by means of an expanded metal that is covered with durable EPDM compound.
The RubberTop Flex EPDM materials are especially developed as a substitute for lead in maintaining both the flexible characteristics of traditional lead as well as the durability of EPDM. RubberTop Flex is perfectly applicable in facades, under window frames and alongside dormers.

Façade systems
The CladSeal system consists of a product range of EPDM strips and accessories with properties that provide solutions for water, vapour, sound and airtightness both internally and externally. The CladSeal system includes EPDM membranes for weather sealing on the exterior and butyl strips where low vapour permeability is required. The system has been developed for weatherproof seals around window frames, facades or other types of building construction. RubberShell SA is a groundbreaking, fibreglass reinforced self-adhesive EPDM membrane. Ideal for multiple applications as an all-round solution, for example in gutter lining. The product is dimensionally stable and specially developed for fast and easy installation
AluShell is a strong self-adhesive aluminum vapour barrier with a thickness of 0.4mm. Consisting of an aluminium foil with glass fibre reinforcement and a self-adhesive modified bitumen layer, AluShell provides high vapour diffusion resistance with fast installation.
